On-site production of NaOCL by Electrochlorination

Sodium Hypochlorite solution (0.8%) is produced by fully automated electrolytic process.  A diluted solution of saturated brine source enters the electrolytic cell and voltage is applied.  During the production of NaOCL Hydrogen gas is produced and this is removed in  specially designed de-gassing column which is vented safely to the atmosphere.

The control panel is equipped with a display that indicates all faults.
